I conceptualized the launch of a centralized subletting application, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design a user-centered product and pitch it in a competitive environment. By developing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including financial projections, user personas, and promotional tactics, I enhanced my expertise in strategic planning and market analysis. Additionally, I created a marketing curriculum for a fellowship program, combining mentorship and hands-on learning to empower students while managing program initiatives and a venture capital competition to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Curriculum Development & Training

I designed and implemented a marketing curriculum that provided students with practical skills and theoretical knowledge, improving their marketing acumen. By mentoring participants one-on-one, I helped them apply these concepts effectively to their projects.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

I collaborated with fellowship leads to create and refine program initiatives, ensuring they aligned with organizational objectives. Additionally, I helped oversee the management of 160 applications and conducted interviews with 48 candidates to determine the most qualified participants, refining my organizational and decision-making skills. This experience allowed me to strengthen my ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive team success.

I conducted a SWOT analysis on six direct competitors to inform product positioning and scalability methods. This strengthened my ability to analyze market trends and competition, ensuring that product strategies are tailored to capitalize on market opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
